The last two days of the seminar were dedicated to summarise and finalise the findings of this week and create a common exhibition. The video group was editing and collecting their bits and pieces for the big common movie, in the photo group each person was choosing the one shot, that should be displayed in the exhibition and the interview group distilled quotes from their talks with people from Olsztyn and the region and created poster art.
The museum MUZEUM NOWOCZESNOŚCI in Olsztyn reserved their exhibition place for our #regionaleye and many locals – invited by the participants – joined also the opening.
After a brief welcome by Kornelia Kurowska from BORUSSIA and a panel discussion where Iris Kempe (Senior Adviser, CBSS), Michał Czyż (Ambassodor (European Policy Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland) and Piotr Świtalski (European Union Comission Representation in Poland, Head of Press) answered some questions of the young Europeans everyone was invited to explore the interpretations of Regional Identity in word and image by themselves.
The evening was closed with a dinner hosted by the Voivodship Warmia and Mazury and a farewell party at the lake. With the first participants leaving already at 3 am in direction of Warsaw airport, it was a short night for everyone.
More photos, poster, videos and other impressions from the whole week will be shown soon on: www.regionaleye.org
