EUSTORY History Campus is a project initiated and run by Körber-Stiftung.
Körber-Stiftung is a foundation having legal capacity under the German Civil Code. Authorised representatives are Dr. Lothar Dittmer (Chairman of the Executive Board) and Dr. Thomas Paulsen (Member of the Executive Board).

Webdesign and Development
Körber-Stiftung, as the content provider, is responsible for its own content which it makes available in acc. with § 5 Para. 1 of the German Interstate Agreement on Media Services. A distinction must be made between links to content maintained by other providers and the Foundation’s own content. The Körber-Stiftung is responsible for this external content only if it has positive knowledge of such content (i.e. also of illegal or criminal content) and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent its use (§ 5 Para. 2 German Interstate Agreement on Media Services). No such illegal content was known to the Körber-Stiftung at the time of creating the links.
